Shipping Policy

Shipping to Europe.

Products

Typical lead times vary. All orders are shipped via FedEx, either ground or expedited method, per your selection during checkout.

All payments are by credit card only. We cannot accept purchase orders at this time.

NOTES

The customer is the importer of record and therefore responsible for VAT, Customs Clearance and Customs Duties if any applicable.
Incoterms are DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) and all prices are inclusive of shipping.
Purchases can only be made by businesses and not by individuals.

Refund Policy

Returns

Upon receipt and review of your order, you have 30 days to return any items that have been incorrectly ordered or if you need to change your mind on the part that was ordered. Any defective instrument will be covered under warranty if it is inspected by Brookfield and proven to be defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have all parts and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you if there is any additional information is needed. Otherwise, your return will be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

To return your product:

1)  contact us at ma-mid.sales@ametek.com or call to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)#,*
2)  ship the product back to:
AMETEK Brookfield, 11 Commerce Blvd., Middleboro, MA 02346 (Please include your RMA# on the shipping label)

* You must receive an RMA number first before returning your product. Otherwise, you are subject to a longer wait time for your return to be processed.

  • If your items were purchased in mistake, you will be liable for the cost of shipping.
  • If your items are defective or covered under warranty, AMETEK Brookfield will cover the cost of shipping.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
