Shipping Policy
Shipping is available to addresses within the United States, Mexico, and Canada ONLY.
Order Processing
Lead times vary depending on product type & availability. All shipments are handled via FedEx Ground. For changes to the shipping method, please contact to customer service
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt due to incorrect ordering or a change in product needs. All returns must be inspected upon arrival. Instruments found to be defective will be covered under warranty, provided the defect is confirmed by Brookfield.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition with all components intact and returned in the original packaging. Replacement packaging and foam inserts are available for purchase if the original packaging is no longer available.
A minimum restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. If additional information is required, customer service will make contact before processing.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for a replacement.
Return Instructions
1. Request a Return Authorization Number, RA#, by contacting customer service
Once AMETEK Brookfield provides the RA#, we will advise you on the appropriate shipping address to use.

2. Clearly include the RA# on the shipping label.
Shipping Costs
- For returns due to ordering errors or changes in preference, the sender is responsible for shipping costs.
- For items deemed defective or covered under warranty, AMETEK Brookfield will cover return shipping.
- For items valued over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. AMETEK Brookfield cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
