Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to European Union countries ONLY.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for incorrect ordering or changes in product requirements. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If instruments are found to be defective, they will be covered under warranty once the defect is confirmed by AMETEK Brookfield.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • All components must be included
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging

Replacement packaging and foam inserts can be purchased if the original materials are unavailable.
A handling fee of 20% of the product value will be charged for all returns that are not covered by warranty and are processed by AMETEK GmbH, B.U. Brookfield.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
If further information is required, the customer service will contact you prior to issuing the refund.

Exchanges
AMETEK Brookfield will replace defective or damaged items after inspection and approval.

Liability Disclaimer
AMETEK GmbH and the Brookfield Business Unit are not responsible for any damage or failure resulting from (misuse of the equipment, negligence, incorrect installation, improper handling, use outside the recommended operating conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions…)
Products damaged under these circumstances are not covered by warranty, and additional inspection/repair charges may apply.

Shipping Costs
For returns due to ordering errors or preference changes, the sender is responsible for shipping costs and tax duties, if there are any.
For items confirmed as defective or under warranty, AMETEK Brookfield will cover the shipping costs and tax duties, if there are any.
For all returns, AMETEK Brookfield cannot guarantee receipt of the goods without tracking; a trackable shipping method is strongly recommended
